Our story
OMES Consulting was built from hands-on careers inside the aerospace forging and manufacturing industry. Our experience began on the shop floor, working directly with production equipment, hydraulic press operations, heat treatment processes, and industrial maintenance systems.
Over the years, our work expanded across the full manufacturing environment supporting equipment reliability, diagnosing system failures, troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers, and understanding how interconnected processes affect production stability.
This background was not developed through theory or consulting models, but through real operational exposure, real equipment challenges, and real production demands. We understand manufacturing because we have worked within it, supported its systems, and corrected its failure
